Why does the Show in Filter Region Grayed out for Custom Field
I created a custom field for "commission status" to track which invoice commissions have been paid out. I'd like to create a saved search that can be filtered by the two values, paid and pending. However, when i add the field to the filters, i'm unable to select "show in filter region" to be able to modify the saved search. Is there a specific way i need to formulate a custom field in order to be able to use it as a filter on a saved search as well?
