How do I make the customer record clickable on transaction records?
We have a custom role that originally did not have access to Customer records. We have since granted that role Edit permissions via Permissions -> Lists -> Customer -> "Edit".
However, on any transaction type (Item Fulfillment, Sales Order, etc.), users in that role are NOT able to click on the customer's name/ID to be taken directly to that customer.
Typically, in a transaction the customer's name is clickable, like below:
But in that custom role the name is always black text and cannot be clicked:
What permission(s) are we missing on that role to be able to let those users jump to a customer straight from a transaction record?
