How can users add a Memo to Role Records?

Hey there Community!

I'm looking to see if there's a way to add "User Notes" to the Roles forms, so when a person makes changes to the role, they can add a note. Wondering how to add the User Notes to the subtab as an option. Appreciate any assistance!

Greetings @User_75YL8,

Upon checking, there is no option yet to add the native User Notes sublist to the Role definition records.

However, there is an alternative way of enabling users to add a note to the record by adding a Custom Field in Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Other Record Fields > New, then selecting Role in the Record Type dropdown. See the sample screenshot below:
