Customer Return Authorise (two approvals)

Dear all NetSuite Experties,

Can we have customer return authorization approval from two managers (one is sales HOD and another one is QC Manager) by using their roles ?

Earlier we have "Advanced Approvals - Approval Rule Group List" that can set two roles for "return authorise" type, but now it seems no working as i tested in Sandbox System.

How we can fix this issue ? how to use back our previous advanced approval rule instead of using the NetSuite Default which is "Approve Return" & "Cancel Return" button. Advanced approval rule are "Reject" & Approve" button, currently if will press "Approve" button, the RA didnt changed to "pending receipt"(still in "pending approval".
