How to prevent the automatic creation of Memorized Transaction templates in Match Bank Data?

Is anyone experiencing Memorized Transaction Templates being automatically created when you Match Bank Data transactions?

We "think" it has something to do with this box being checked. If we notice it checked and uncheck it no Memorized Transaction Template is created.

We do not intend to "Make Auto Create Rules" and do not want the Memorized Transaction Templates created.

All these were created during the Match Bank Data for transaction mapping.

Does anyone have any thoughts about how to prevent the automatic creation of Memorized Transaction templates?
