How to show Customer Deposit, Payment, Deposit Application and related data?

We have a need for a report that presents all records associated with a GL account and related data:

The criteria we are using is:

The Results tab is defined as following:


Sample Results


Note that Sales Order, Status and Service Transaction (custom) is not populating with the data that is in the customer deposit record and the sales order record.

Any thoughts on what is missing?
