Where do I get the Authentication ID from?

Trying to use the SuiteCloud Extension to build scripts in VS Code.

When setting up an account I'm trying to chose the browser-based authentication method but I'm prompted for an authentication ID and I'm not sure where to find this info.

Most of the options I've tried so far have returned the error 'No such host is known'

Can someone guide me?
