EU Intrastat Reporting and Cash Refunds
Hi
When we run the EU Intrastat Report cash refunds and credit memo transactions appear as a positive number. Is this correct?
For example we had a cash sale on Jan this year for 74 euros
In Feb this year we did a cash refund on the cash sale for the same amount 74 euros.
When we run the report for Q1 both transactions appear on the report as a positive so the total is 148 euros. Surely this should be 0
Any help is appreciated
Regards
Chris
