Unable to clear Journal entry - JNL007383

The below journal was made just to change departments, so there should be no GL Impact as the same accounts have been used.

Now we have a problem in the “Make Deposit” application where only one side of the journal is pulling through, meaning we can’t clear it without creating a reconciling difference.


Do you know how we can get the other side to pull through?
