OpenAir | Mandatory Migration to SAML Self-Service – Accelerated Sandbox Shut Off Date for Legacy SA
In order to help ensure full compliance on Production with the mandatory migration to the SAML Self-Service Endpoint by the hard deadline of the October 2023.2 release, the shutoff date for Legacy SAML logins on Sandbox will be accelerated to July 18, 2023. All Legacy SAML metadata on Sandbox will cease to work on that date. You must update your Sandbox account(s) to utilize the Self-Service Endpoint before July 18, 2023. The date of Production shut-off for Legacy SAML remains the October release, however we stress that it is in your best interest to update this on Production as soon as possible.
