Using SuiteApprovals, I am not seeing a Resubmit button on rejected purchase order.

Hello,

I am assisting a client who is using SuiteApprovals and he has a purchase order that is stuck in a Rejected status. The Resubmit button is not showing for anyone. Any ideas what the issue here is?
