2FA by SMS

Hi All

Our client received notifcation that 2FA by SMS is not supported for existing user till 2024 yet one Administrator User suddenly do not received SMS authentication and not able to login NetSuite.

We are forced to reset his 2FA but realised in Suite Answer 64302 that mentioned 2FA by SMS will not be supporting after resetting 2FA.

Is it possible to help our client revert to 2FA by SMS for 2023 as they thought existing User can continue using SMS Authentication till 2024?

You are receiving this notification because some of your employees are using SMS/voice call as a code delivery option for two-factor authentication (2FA) in NetSuite. In early 2024, this option will no longer be supported. Before this planned end of support, anyone who is using 2FA by SMS/voice call must reset their NetSuite 2FA settings to use an authenticator app.
