NSC | How to throw an error.create(options) module in a specific record?
Scenario
User wants to know how to throw error.create(options) module upon saving a record due to field value issue.
Solution
1. User needs to add 'N/error' module to handle the Error in the Client SuiteScript. See Screenshot
2. User needs to use the error.create(options) module in the saveRecord function to execute when a record is saved and call the savedRecord function in the return module. See Screenshot
3. Once the Client SuiteScript is deployed, go to the record that will run the Client SuiteScript. Upon saving the record, user will encounter an error once the field value has an issue.
