NSC | Display Contacts on Estimate Record > Relationships tab
The customer wants to display a list of all contacts associated with a specific Estimate record. By pulling up all Contacts in the Estimate Record > Relationships tab, the customer can conveniently access and manage the contact information related to that particular Estimate within NetSuite.
Explanation:
This is the expected behavior of NetSuite. Currently, the only option is to source the Contact role from the Transaction i.e. Estimate, only if the person listed on the transaction is a Primary Contact.
Exposing Contact fields to other roles other than the Primary Role is logged under Enhancement Request #140475.
