NSC | Upload Failed When Using File Drag and Drop
The user has view access to the record where they are trying to upload the file.
When the user clicks on Click for more options to change the destination folder the error, "This folder does not exist or you do not have permission to access this folder." is shown.
Explanation:
In order to utilize the File Drag and Drop feature, it is essential for the role to have at least Edit access level on the permission. This behavior is consistent with NetSuite's standard practice, as it ensures the file is associated with the corresponding record.
