NSC | Need to Edit Serial Number Record Page
The user need to provide Edit access to the Serial Number Record Page.
The Serial Number Record Page shares the same permission as Items.
- Using an Administrator role, navigate to Setup > Users/ Roles > Manage Roles
- Click Edit beside the Role
- Go to Permissions tab > Lists subtab
- On the Item permission, set the permission level to Edit
- Click Save
