NSC | Avoid Duplicate Transaction Number
Make sure the Allow Override option is disabled as this may cause duplicate order numbers.
Enabling the Allow Override option permits users to manually enter numbers other than the auto-generated numbers. Be aware that overwriting these record type numbers enables users to create duplicate numbers or numbering gaps.
