NSC | Print Checks and Forms is Using an Unidentified Template

When the user Print Checks at Transactions > Management > Print Checks and Forms > Checks, it doesn’t match any of the Advanced PDF or Basic PDF layouts in the system.


Switching the Printing Type from Basic to Advanced and vice versa should solve the issue with the form.

Note: You must set up custom transaction forms because their default printing type is set to Basic. This is true even if you use the Advanced PDF/HTML Templates feature.
