NSC | How To Use Scheduled Workflows in Setting a Field Value

By using an Event Based Workflows, users need to edit and save a Record in order to execute the Workflow. To avoid this, users have an option to use a Scheduled Workflow to execute the Workflow without Editing or Saving a record. The Workflow will run continuously based on a scheduled set by the user.

In this sample scenario, a user needs to update a Custom Field if the Sales Order has reached its Approval Status is Approved. Kindly follow the steps below to create Scheduled Workflow that will update the record:

Create a Saved Search that will identify the Approved records
