Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Upcoming Change to Custom Segment IDs
This notice is to inform you of an upcoming change to the IDs used for custom segments in SuiteAnalytics Workbooks, SuiteScript 2.x Analytics APIs including SuiteQL, and SuiteAnalytics Connect queries. This change will provide consistency in how custom segments are identified across different channels. To prevent issues after this change, you may need to update your workbooks, scripts, or SuiteAnalytics queries.
ID types affected by this change are:
- Legacy ID - uses different record type-specific prefixes for a custom field that is used with multiple different record types.
- Unified ID - uses the same script ID without any prefixes on all record types.
Regards,
@Robert Nedelkow-Oracle | NetSuite Support Community Administrator
