NSC | How To Set-up a Credit Memo Approval Workflow
Users wanted to create an Approval Workflow for Credit Memo. Since Credit Memo is not yet available in Approval Routing, an alternative workaround that users can do is to manually create a Custom Approval Workflow for Credit Memos. To do this, kindly follow the steps below:
Create a Workflow
- Navigate to Customization > Workflow > Workflows > New
- Name: Enter Name of the Workflow
- Record Type: Select Transaction
- Subtypes: Select Credit Memo
- On Create: Enter Checkmark
- On Update: Enter Checkmark
- Execute as Admin: Enter Checkmark
- Release Status: Select Released
- Enable Logging: Enter Checkmark
- Click State 1
- Click New Action
- Click Set Field Value
- Trigger On: Select
