NSC | Custom Field that will Identify Closed Purchase Orders
There is a requirement to create a Custom field that will serve as an identifier if a Purchase Order is closed. To do this, we need to create a Saved Search that will check if the Item Lines of the Purchase Order is closed. Kindly follow the steps below for this setup:
Create a Saved Search
- Navigate to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New
- Click Transaction
- Search Title: Enter name of Saved Search
- Criteria:
- Filter: Select Type
- Description: Select Purchase Order
- Filter: Main Line
- Description: Select False
- Click Results
- Click Columns
- Field: Formula(Text)
- Summary Type: Maximum
- Formula: Enter
