NSC | Custom Field that will Identify Closed Purchase Orders

There is a requirement to create a Custom field that will serve as an identifier if a Purchase Order is closed. To do this, we need to create a Saved Search that will check if the Item Lines of the Purchase Order is closed. Kindly follow the steps below for this setup:

Create a Saved Search

1. Navigate to Reports > Saved Searches > All Saved Searches > New
2. Click Transaction
3.  Search Title: Enter name of Saved Search
4. Criteria:
   1. Filter: Select Type
   2. Description: Select Purchase Order
   3. Filter: Main Line
   4.  Description: Select False
5. Click Results
6. Click Columns
   1. Field: Formula(Text)
   2. Summary Type: Maximum
   3. Formula: Enter
