NSC | Renamed Custom Segments Not Being Seen by Other Users
When changing a Custom Segment's label, users cannot see the updated Custom Segment's name under Setup > Classifications tab. A reason for this is that the segment's center link label should also be changed on the segment's custom record. To solve this issue, kindly follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Custom Segments
- Click the Custom Segment
- Under Custom Record Type; click the Custom Segment link, this will redirect you to the Custom Record Page
- Click Links
- Under Label, you may change the label into its latest/desired name
- Click Save
