NSC | Hide Third Party Fields

Third party fields usually cannot be edited since they are not created from NetSuite and/or are not Standard fields. Unfortunately there are a handful of fields in NetSuite that are not present when customizing forms with 3rd party billing being in that category. We can still hide some of them by disabling preferences depending if it is feasible on the account's end. These fields can be just visible on Customer records and dashboard if they are enabled under Setup > Accounting > Setup Tasks > Shipping > Preferences subtab > Third Party Billing. Or invisible it they are disabled under Setup > Accounting > Setup Tasks > Shipping > Preferences subtab > Third Party Billing
