New to NetSuite | Limit on Custom Fields
Custom Fields are big help to show values that are needed on a Record if in case it is not available through Standard Fields. Currently we don't have a documentation on the number of fields that can be added on the form/record. You can add as many custom fields as you deem necessary.
However, please note that this may have an effect in the system performance (e.g. when loading or editing the record) should there be too many custom fields.
