NSC | Show Value of Field before Status Change
For us to show the value of the field even before the status change on the Work order so the date BEFORE the Status is changed to 'In Progress' , we must create Saved Search first and create a Custom Field.
1. Navigate to Lists > Search > Saved Searches > New
2. Select Transaction
3. Follow the setup below
4. Create a Custom Body Field
5. Set the following
