NSC | See All Events Without Using the Administrator Role

The user would like to create a saved search that shows all the Events and the Event Reoccurrences without using the Administrator Role.

Their directors need this, as it can be helpful in analyzing attendance and engagement metrics for recurring events. By tracking and analyzing attendance trends across multiple occurrences of an event, they can gain insights into participant behavior, identify high-impact events, or evaluate the success of ongoing programs.

 

Note that a custom role will have a different search result if the Event Access is set to Show as Busy or Private. Events with Event Access = Show as Busy or Private
