NSC | Remove a Specific Recipient from a Saved Search Email Alert
in CRM
The customer wants to remove a specific recipient from the saved search email alert as the sales rep has moved to a different team.
To do this, check the following tabs in the saved search.
1.Specific Recipients
2.Recipients from Results
3.Recipients Subscription
Ask the user to go to their Home > Set Preferences > Alerts tab > and remove the search.
