NSC | Create a Custom Field on Other Records
Custom Fields can also be created on other records aside from Transaction, Entity, and CRM records. In this scenario, we will create a Custom Field in the Company Record. To do this, kindly follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Other Records Fields > New
- Record Type: Select Company
- Label: Enter Name of the Custom Field
- Configure the Custom Field as needed
- Click Save
If other records needs a Custom Field, users can check the available records in the Record Type dropdown found in step 2.
