NSC | Display a Pop-up Message Depending on the Customer Using Workflows
Users need to create a Workflow that can show a custom pop-up alert message with a condition that depends on the Fields in a Record. In this scenario, a Pop-up message will be displayed depending on the Customer selected in the Sales Order record. Kindly follow the steps below for the setup of the Workflow.
- Navigate to Customization > Workflow > Workflows > New
- Enter Name of the Workflow
- Record Type : Select Transaction
- Sub Types : Select Sales Order
- Release Status : Select Released
- Initiation :Select Event Based
- On Create: Enter Checkmark
- On Update : Enter Checkmark
- Trigger Type : Select Before Record Load
- Click on the State 1,
