NSC | Source a Field in a Pop-up Message Using Workflows
There is a requirement to display a Field in a pop-up message. To do this, we can create a Workflow that uses a Show Message Action. In this scenario, we need to display a pop-up message before saving the record that will display the Memo field in the pop-up. Kindly follow the steps below for the setup of the Workflow:
- Navigate to Customization > Workflow > Workflows > New
- Enter Name of the Workflow
- Record Type : Select Transaction
- Sub Types : Select Sales Order
- Release Status : Select Released
- Initiation :Select Event Based
- On Create: Enter Checkmark
- On Update : Enter Checkmark
- Click Save
- Click State 1
