NSC | SSO: How to Resolve: Users can only login to one NetSuite account
Scenario
The users have setup their SSO with Okta for both Sandbox and Production environment, but they do not see the option to login to their Sandbox account.
Solution
There are a couple of things that you need to check if you are encountering this issue:
1. In Okta, open the Sign On tab for the NetSuite SAML app, then click Edit.
2. Check the value for NetSuite Account ID. This field must be blank if you are configuring for multiple accounts.
3. Hit Save.
If the steps above did not work, re-upload your IDP file in both accounts in NetSuite. The IDP File must be the same for accounts that are using the same SSO.
