how to create a Project profitability saved search
l projects that have a Scheduled End Date > 7 days ago
AND the (parent) Project (and any of its sub projects ) have aggregate costs >£0
AND the (parent) Project has no Revenue
AND the (parent) Project status is "in progress"
Output to list:
Job ID
Job Name
Customer
Department
Location
Schedule end date
Actual work (hours)
Cost (from Subtab P&L, cost being the total of all item groups)
*only include projects where the PROJECT EXPENSE TYPE = “Chargeable Project”, all other projects are expensed so will never have any revenue
* exclude sub-projects (all revenue is at the parent project level so by definition these will never have revenue against them)
