Why is NetSuite Chargeback Workflow causing a permission issue

We installed the "NetSuite Chargeback Workflow" and now some users can not delete item fulfillments. The error says "Error: INSUFFICIENT_PERMISSION. Permission Violation: You need a higher permission for custom record type Chargeback to access this page.".

So, I edit their role and add FULL permission for these three...

  • Chargeback = FULL
  • Chargeback Notification = FULL
  • Chargeback setting = FULL

Yet, they continue to get the permission error. Those are the only custom record types I find with the name "Chargeback" in them.
