Reminder: Auto Close Back Orders Enhancements for NetSuite 2023.1 Release

This notice applies to customers who are using the Auto Close Back Orders SuiteApp, bundle ID 300047

What is Changing?

Starting June 13, 2023, the Auto Close Back Orders SuiteApp version 1.02.2 will let you edit a customer record even when there is an intermittent issue like SSS_CONNECTION_TIME_OUT error.

Before, when you would receive an intermittent error, you were unable to edit a customer record. However, after the 1.02.2 release, you will be able to edit the customer record even if an SSS_CONNECTION_TIME_OUT error occurs. In this case, the Auto Close Items button will not be visible.
