This notice applies to customers who are using the Auto Close Back Orders SuiteApp, bundle ID 300047
What is Changing?
Starting June 13, 2023, the Auto Close Back Orders SuiteApp version 1.02.2 will let you edit a customer record even when there is an intermittent issue like SSS_CONNECTION_TIME_OUT error.
Before, when you would receive an intermittent error, you were unable to edit a customer record. However, after the 1.02.2 release, you will be able to edit the customer record even if an SSS_CONNECTION_TIME_OUT error occurs. In this case, the Auto Close Items button will not be visible. To view the Auto Close Items button, you can reload the page, or go to Auto Close Items list to view all customer auto close items.
No action is expected from the logged-in business user because this error will be auto addressed in the backend.
Required Actions
After the e-fix release, the saved search will be replaced with the bundle’s default setup and any saved search customizations will be lost. You should customize the saved search again after the release.
To back up saved search details:
- Go to Lists > Search > Saved Searches.
- Click View on AFK Fill Kill Transaction Search (Id: customsearch_afk_transaction_search).
- Copy the saved search customizations before June 13, 2023.
