Why Suitelet not triggering User Event Scripts?
Background: We are using Celigo for an integration between NetSuite and HubSpot. They utilize a user event script (listener) to detect when customer (among other) records change so that those changes can be synced to HubSpot. This works well, except when a customer record changes from Lead to Prospect (when an opportunity is created) or from Prospect to Lead (when a sales order is created). Celigo said that is because NetSuite uses user event scripts to automate those transitions and user event scripts can't trigger other user event scripts. As a result, they referenced SuiteAnswer 81081
