Upcoming PayPal Update for Bank Feeds

This notice applies to customers who are using the NetSuite Bank Feeds SuiteApp.

What is Changing?

On June 15, 2023, the authorized Account Information Service Provider (AISP) for NetSuite will update their system for PayPal to improve connection to the financial institution site. This change affects existing PayPal connections created through the following format profile automatically provisioned by the SuiteApp:

  • Connect to Europe Accounts (All countries except United Kingdom)
  • Connect to Accounts in Other Countries

Important: Unless you completed the required action, your current automated PayPal bank feeds process for the countries mentioned will fail starting June 16, 2023. Imports from your existing PayPal bank feeds connections will fail for the following services:
