How to Deploy a Dashboard to Existing Users Without Overwriting Existing Users

Hi,

We need to re-deploy a dashboard that has already been rolled out to existing users. We have the current Dashboard unlocked so I am concerned that if I deploy and tick to update existing users any personalization's they may have added to their personal dashboard will be wiped - will this happen?

I am looking to add a Custom Search portlet.
