How to solve CSV Upload Error: Invalid subsidiary reference key?

Not sure what I've done wrong here. On the left are my vendors with their primary subsidiary, the middle my CSV with vendor subsidiary and on the right the error report.

About half of the items were uploading correctly, then I uploaded my vendors correctly and that's causing the error.
