Change in American Express for U.S. Bank Feeds in NetSuite

This notice is intended for customers who are using the NetSuite Bank Feeds SuiteApp. You may be using this SuiteApp to import data from American Express.

What is Changing?

American Express is transitioning to Open Banking technology to improve security. The transition means that connections to their credential-based sites in NetSuite will no longer be supported after July 12, 2023. This change affects existing American Express connections created through the Connect to U.S. and Canada Accounts (Link Bank Accounts) format profile in NetSuite.

Because of this change, the authorized Account Information Service Provider (AISP) of NetSuite is replacing the connection to the following American Express financial institution sites:
