Why OAuth for REST API: Refresh Token Eventually Stop Working?

edited Jun 23, 2023 6:14AM in Ask A Guru 15 comments

We are connecting to the NetSuite REST API with OAuth, and refreshing our tokens happily for a while, but after about two weeks the refresh token stops working and the token expires.

Is there a NS setting which controls how long an external application is allowed to keep its session active?

(Our application expects to stay connected indefinitely)

thanks!
