Custom KPI and Date Filters
Hi,
I am trying to create a custom KPI to show the # of lines shipped. My search is using transaction type sales order. I am using Applying Transaction Actual Ship Date as the available filter since partially shipped sales orders do not have actual ship dates. On the dashboard the KPI is only showing the total and not the total within the date range chosen. Is this due to the type of date filter I chose? I am not sure what is causing the date filtering to not function properly. First screenshot below is
