Update Tax Authority Certification Service Records to Use the New Certification Monitoring Plug-in

This notice applies to customers who use the Brazilian Hub SuiteApp or the Brazilian Hub Reporting SuiteApp.

The instructions on this message have been previously communicated in March 2023. If you have already updated your accounts to use the new Certification Monitoring Plug-in, you do not need to take any further action.

On July 12, 2023, Oracle NetSuite is going to change the way the Brazilian Hub and Brazilian Hub Reporting SuiteApps update the transactions with information returned by tax authorities. Predefined Certification Monitoring plug-ins will be used to gather information from tax authorities, such as certification status, protocol number, access key, and more, and include them in your transactions.
