How to resolve failure in automatic import of Bank Data using Bank Feeds SuiteApp?

Everyday that I log into Netsuite, we have a bank data failure. Why is netsuite constantly failing to import my bank data?

Normally I am able to rebuild the connection with my bank but today I am not able to. I have been in contact with Netsuite support numerous times but i have not been able to resolve this issue.

Not only can I no longer rebuild the connection today but we are also missing a week of transactions in May that Netsuite did NOT sync over. Please let me know if you have any advice on rebuilding the connection between Netsuite and Bank of the West.
