Why Facets as URL Parameters - No URL field?

I have just started a case with Netsuite, but thought I would post in case anyone else is having this problem and has an answer, or might need to check their facets.
We went live with our SuiteCommerce site 2 weeks ago. We had facets configured and working properly as URL parameters before our launch. After launching we updated SuiteCommerce to 2023.1.2.
For some reason, all of our facets were displaying in the URL path, despite the global setting. Checking the 'Is Url Parameter' box for each facet and reindexing seems to have fixed that. however, there is no 'URL' field for the facet, and the internal ID displays as the parameter, instead of the URL we had configured.
