How to link Credit Card Charges to Credit Card Payment?
Hi, is it possible to link the payment (to the credit card company) with the credit card charges entered via Use Credit Card? Like a page or view where someone can select which charges to pay similar to selecting bills on the bill payment page.
The following have been shown as the process/workaround in NetSuite:
- Enter as CC charges and Write check to pay the credit card company for the TOTAL Credit Card Liability
- Enter charges as bills, process via bill payment; and Write check to pay the credit card company for the TOTAL Credit Card Liability
I am thinking of creating a custom field on the CC charge where they can select the related write check transaction. But that is unfavorable as the client prefers to select the charges to pay and to have some kind of Related Records subtab.
