How can the Accountant role edit journal after it is approved

Hi,

We have modified the standard Accountant role to meet a few of our needs. One of the restrictions on the role is that it can't approve journals or modify them after approval. We have implemented Kyriba (Treasury Management System) which will be importing journals automatically into NetSuite. When the journals are imported they automatically go into an approved status. I need the Accountant role to the ability to go in and edit the journal as one of the fields may need to be changed. It is a custom field and due to Kyriba limitations we
