Pulling Line Description onto Account Detail Report

Is it possible to display the line description of journal entries on reports such as the Trial Balance detail (Account Detail) report? I can get things such as segmentation (location, departments) which are also on the line but I cant find a way to pull the line description from a JE onto the report.
