IP Address restrictions

Hi

I have an employee with the following settings on their account:

They are able to access administrator role without any issues despite their IP address not being listed on the company information tab field of allowed ip addresses.


Why are custom roles not visible/accessible?

The custom roles have the following field checked:

However, I thought the employee setting mentioned above ('

IP ADDRESS RESTRICTION'=All) overrides that?
