Saved Search - formula (text) - custom field vs workflow field
Hi,
We have a WF that changes a field name "Order state" in a Sales Order transaction.
For some reason, we have cases when the WF state is advanced to the next state while the actual value in the SO field stays with the previous one.
I would like to monitor those cases.
I used the formula below in the Criteria of the Saved Search and I got 35 results. But when I added the actual fields used in the formula (workflow fields: current state), it multiplied the results to more than 2000.
Please advise how can I show the relevant results as they are.
